March 16 save the date!! 💕

Like many of you I have a number of family and friends who are battling or recovering from cancer. When going through aggressive chemotherapy one of the many awful side effects is hair loss which takes away their dignity, pride and self-confidence.

On March 16 you can make a difference by donating your hair to Children With Hair Loss (CWHL) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Thanks to the generosity of Amy Lamparelli at Salon Bogar in Londonderry New Hampshire for opening up her salon for this very special event and offering discounts on products and services for those who are donating their hair.

For a $5 donation to CWHL you can have your haircut provided you are able to donate at least 8 inches of hair. The more the better!! You can book online or call the salon for an appointment by following the link below:

After nearly 3 years of growing my hair I will be one of the first in line to donate. Our donations will go to making wigs for children battling cancer, those who have suffered from burns and other medical diagnoses.

If you are not able to donate 8 inches of hair we very much appreciate monetary donations. No amount too small or too large. 100% of your donation goes directly to CWHL. So far we have raised nearly $2500 and we are just getting started. Thank you to the generous donors who have helped kickstart this event.

WMUR’s New Hampshire Chronicle will be at Salon Bogar that day producing a story to help raise awareness for this amazing cause. Come out and join us this could be your big moment to be on TV. Thank you New Hampshire Chronicle!!

We hope you can join us on the 16th to help make a difference in a child’s life. For more information or questions feel free to contact me at any time.
